Architectural Design
Architectural design services cover all phases of a project, from the initial concept to technical execution. Every design is developed with a strong focus on sustainability, energy efficiency, and resilience. During the conceptual design phase, ideas and solutions are generated to meet the project’s specific needs and context. In the definitive design phase, these ideas are refined into detailed plans, emphasizing functionality, sustainability, and aesthetic coherence. The technical design phase then provides precise specifications and documentation, ensuring alignment with energy-neutral principles and construction requirements. Illustrations, renderings, and 3D modelling are offered to provide a clear visualization of the design.

Bid package preparation
Preparing the complete package including the project specifications, construction drawings, detail drawings, bill of materials, general and special conditions of the project.

Permitting
Production of drawings, formal presentations and project review boards necessary to submit for building permits. May include informal negotiation with the municipality and other officials.

Contractor selection
Assistance with the selection of qualified contractors. This may include the preparation of competitive bid packages, review of bids and preparing owner-contractor agreements.

Construction Administration Assistance
Assistance during the entire building process by conducting regular site visits while managing time, cost and quality during the construction phase.
